- Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) after being placed. Please note that during times of high order volume, such as during a sale or new product launch, processing time may take longer. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. Once an order has left our facility, it will usually arrive within 5-7 business days.
- All orders over $100 within the contiguous USA qualify for free standard shipping
- We do not ship internationally
- We are NOT responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. Please check your shipping address twice before placing your order. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.
- Once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel orders or make any changes to the following: items in the order, shipping address, payment method, or shipping method. Orders are immediately sent to our distribution center for fulfillment and cannot be edited.
- We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date that requires expediting, we do apologize, but we cannot accommodate these requests.
If you are not totally satisfied with our products within 30 days of the original purchase date, we want to make it right. Please contact our Customer Service Team with your order number and products you'd like to return and we'll make it right through our 30-day money back guarantee.

We reserve the right to refuse any return request. The 30-day money back guarantee is only valid for first time purchases of a product.
We accept credit card payment through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover as well as Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay.
Third Party Retailer Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
If you are unhappy with a product purchased at one of our authorized retailers, you must return the item to their store for exchange or replacement. Please contact the retailer directly with your proof of purchase for assistance with your return.
